Would suit a well organised person, with very good attention to detail, good at problem solving and good at speaking with people over the phone.

You will provide admin support for our courses: Booking trainers, answering queries from delegates, sending out information, printing out/arranging printing of course packs, booking venues and travel tickets,  general co-ordination to ensure courses run smoothly and after course follow-up.

It is envisaged that this post will be home based, and it will be an advantage if you have a computer, broadband, landline and a suitable space for a home office.

The hours are flexible, but we will need you to be able to work, when we are running courses. These are all programmed well in advance, so after the initial few courses, the actual time required and when in relation to a course date, will become much clearer.

Job Vacancy: Freelance Webmaster/web designer (initially, approx 3 hrs per week, flexible hours, growing to part-time)

We have one website (this one) and are developing this and starting new ones.

The site is based on Drupal and we are planning to integrate this with Ubercart. We need someone with knowledge of these and PHP who can help to develop new functions, such as a client download/upload area for large files to be transferred without using email (like 'yousend it').

Also, creating new content and tidying up existing pages will be an ongoing task.

If you also happen to have some graphic manipulation skills that would be useful.

As this is initially only a few hours a week, this work can be done quite flexibly, but as the work load grows we can discuss whether you can continue to increase the hours you do or whether we will need to seek additional help.

Job Vacancy: Freelance Telemarketing and Telesales Consultants

We are also looking for experienced telesales consultants - ideally with experience of marketing and sales to the construction industry of training and consultancy services.

Your main target initially will be to ensure we have good attendance at our courses around the country and that we identify opportunities for other related work.

We will pay a good hourly rate and additional commision based on performance.
